Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders quickly and efficiently within 3 working days of placing your order, however, during the months of June, July, August and September orders can take a little longer to be dispatched. Items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery. If you have a problem with your order, please get in touch and we will assist you.

Our local delivery rate is £3 and standard delivery is £7.

Click & Collect (Free)
We offer a free click and collect service, allowing you to order online and collect in store within 2 working days, we will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect.

Returns Policy
If you are contracting as a consumer and if for any reason you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Postage returns are at your own expense, alternatively you can return in store.

If you require a replacement item, we would advise you to place a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.

How To Return Your Item(s)
Return the garment using the ‘Delivery Note’ included with your order, please complete the procedure detailed on the note. You MUST include the delivery note with the item(s) you are returning. Without the delivery note, we are unable to identify who the return is from and process a refund. Delivery cost is non-refundable.

Return the items securely and in appropriate packaging. Take your parcel to the Post Office and ask for a proof of posting receipt. Keep your proof of postage receipts in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from our receipt of the returned item. Where you have paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be made to the card used.

Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order after the processing/production stage, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our Returns procedure. On cancellation, for whatever reason, you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you in the condition that you received them in.
